The building is a former medical office building, and our team designed the layout to accommodate 12 new flats, 8- one bedrooms and 4- two bedrooms. The apartment features a spacious open floor plan, modern finishes, large closets, in-unit washers and dryers, a central courtyard, and a natural, sleek exterior.
